Yup, the picture was taken up on ECC. The road I was talking about was paradise road off the 154. Speaking of ECC, Gibralter just got repaved and it fantastic too.

I think I was up there when Gibraltar was starting to get a lot of the new asphalt. So much better! I’ve never driven up on paradise road. I’ll have to check it out if I ever go back up there!
I wonder why they are repaving up in those mountains. Most of those roads don’t lead to all that much. Not that I’m complaining!
